primary residence

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

inherited land and built structure

How did you finance this deal?

traditional construction loan and then refied into a lower 20 yr

How did you add value to the deal?

built a structure prior to major market increase

What was the outcome?

beautiful 5 bed 3.5 bath with amazing views of the north cascades close to skiing, wine, orchards, and tons of outdoor recreation.

probably built on the large side for a single family home.
