Hey all! I'm an investor in Rochester and will be closing on a property in Buffalo, NY soon. This will be my first out of town property, located in the same city I grew up. I self manage all of my properties in Rochester but wont be able to do that as easily with this one. I would like to make some connections to have ready for this and future investments in Buffalo, NY. Does anyone have recommendations for property maintenance contractors, property managers, and general contractors in the downtown Buffalo area?!

Hey Brian, congratulations on the new property! Towne Housing Real Estate is who I go with and they are great. They are actually expanding into Rochester also so might be worth looking to offload your other properties to them as well. I’m out of town currently and have had a great experience with them.
