Eviction in Cleveland
I have a tenant who has not paid rent for several months and even after I filed eviction, he continues to occupy the property. Now, he wants to sue me if I evict him on the grounds that my property manager turned off power since it was in the PM's name. If any of you know of a good lawyer who can help get the tenant out without him having any grounds to counter sue, that would be helpful.
