Investing in College Station Texas

I am looking to invest in a condominium in College Station Texas. I understand there are not many students there, but my goal is to get it in the spring and have it rented by summer or fall. My idea was to rent by the room. Does anyone have any feedback on the rental market, supply and demand. Will it pick up? Any areas you recommend? Anything you can tell me about it.

Thanks in advance

@Alvaro Rodriguez, @Gregory Schwartz. I personally suggest going for a SFR with Small yard or Duplex as opposed to Condo due to the sometime High HOA Fees.

Be aware there are some neighborhoods that limit the number of Non-Related people that can occupy a building. CS city council is discussing this for overall city at the moment. No decisions have been made.

Good luck. Gregory Schwartz manages a number of properties - so he would be a good contact for investment searches in the BCS area.
