I asked my broker this morning, what makes San Antonio so sought out by Investors. He mentioned San Antonio is the "Perfect cocktail- it is a city that continues to  appreciate year after year and its one of the cheapest and affordable places to live in the US." He is right! It feels good, to connect my buyers with amazing opportunities.

What do you think about the Texas market? have you invested in SA yet?

We don't currently have any properties in Texas but really want to get into that market. Heard many positive things about Texas.

We are searching for value add multifamilies with at least 10 units. We'll consider smaller ones no less than 4 units as long as it can meet our criteria.  I figure San Antonio is also very competitive, so finding off market will be very helpful.

Know anyone that can help? :)
