Subject To and Owner Finanacing in Miami, FL
Hello everybody, I've just moved to Miami and want to start investing in Subject To and Owner financing. I need to build a team (Investor friendly RE Agent, RE Attorney, Title Co...) who are experts in this field. I would highly appreciate the referrals and would love to network with investors who are using these technics in order to build their RE Empire. Thanks.

Welcome to Miami!
Most Subject To and Owner financing is heavily contingent upon your relationship with the seller and how much they trust you. Especially with Sub2 due to the fact the mortgage will remain in the seller's name while you take over the property. I would keep this in mind moving forward.
