Relationship Building in the New Jersey Market

Hello BP community! My girlfriend and I are very new to investing and looking to cultivate professional relationships with real estate investors in the New Jersey area.

A little background on us: I am a recent MBA graduate with a concentration in finance from Stockton University and just purchased a primary residence near Smithville, NJ. Ashley is acquiring her NJ real estate salesperson license soon and currently works with Century 21. We are interested in cultivating strategic relationships in the real estate community that can be beneficial for everyone involved. Our business model will focus on building a portfolio of cash flowing rental properties executing the BRRRR strategy. Our ideal property types are single and multi families.

If anyone feels they can benefit from growing their network to young, ambitious, up-and-coming real estate investors, do not hesitate to reach out to us! We'd be happy to discuss different ways to add value for anyone involved.

Best regards and hope everyone is staying healthy and safe.

@Sean Ford Hi my name is Luis and I'm also from NJ interested in building up my real estate knowledge and networking. I sent you a request. Maybe we can swap some ideas sometime.
