South Dallas Investing

My house in south Dallas was broken into last night. East of 35 on Ann Arbor, back in that neighborhood. About a mile from the Walmart over there.

Anyone else have property down there? This is my first one, it’s gonna be a house hack, and im about a week or so from finishing it. I’m curious what your experiences have been. My initial research led me to buying there, obviously. But the break in and theft of all my power tools is leaving me doubting myself.

Any help/comments/ideas would be appreciated. If you’d like to skype,zoom,chat to break up your shelter in place monotony, let me know! I’d love to talk to you.

    @Scott Mac

    I’ll try that! I don’t think any shops are currently open tho with the corona virus. I’ll check craigslist tho and local ebay stuff! Thanks
