Does anyone have any recommendations for real estate brokers in Westchester County, New York and Fairfield County, CT? I am looking for a broker that is investment savvy and may offer some guidance since I am a first time investor.

I am looking to invest in residential multifamily (3 or 4 units) in both of these Counties.

That is an awfully large area. I live in Fairfield county, and the county may as well be 5 different worlds. Most places if they have a 3-4 family unit will be in the big cities such as new haven, Bridgeport, Norwalk, maybe Stamford. Budget and accessibility are your factors here. I'm not sure about NY, but with some more info I may be able to point you in the right direction.
