Starting to BRRRR In Metro Atlanta

Hello!

I live in the metro Atlanta area. I own a couple rentals out of state (one in IL, one in IA).

I'm looking to start BRRRR here locally and would love to know if anyone on BP attends any local REI meetings, connections, etc.

I would say my area of least expertise or connections is the rehab part, followed by having a great agent to find deals. At least through having long distance rentals I have some experience with a good lender and PMs; always more to learn though and don't have any established local relationships.
