Foreclosure Laws In Canada

Good Afternoon Fellow Investors,

I was just wondering if someone could take a moment, and inform me whether or not, real estate investors are able to get foreclosure listings from investor friendly agents in Canada?

Or are there laws that prohibit real estate agents from furnishing investors from with foreclosure listings.

Any and all help knowledge forwarded, would be greatly appreciated.
