Niagara Falls Investing

I’m a budding real estate investor interested in Investing in the local Niagara Falls area, also in the Hamburg and surrounding areas. I was wondering if there is anyone in the area currently investing, and if there are any tips from anyone in the area, I’d love to hear what they’ve got.

Second: To recommend that Investors should stay away from Niagara Falls (NY or ON) or anywhere else is indicative of poor analysis and not conducive to investing in income properties by doing proper due diligence on tenants and selecting better areas. I'm sure some neighbourhoods in Hamburg NY are more challenging than others. You are generalizing on the values of people in a specific city and that my friend is not helpful and/or reliable information. 

 Niagara Falls NY or Ontario?  Its clearly New York.. we mentioned Hamburg shortly after..

Welcome to BP  you have been very helpful with you first and thanks for just attacking what I said. If you would look at more than half of my many posts I provide hours of informative content. Information you will definitely learn and appreciate. This guy is from San Diego and instead of wasting more time on a detailed post I just made it short and simple. Why don't you elaborate on good areas in Niagara Falls NY or Ontario? Oh right your a realtor in Niagara Falls ON defending your farm area and is trying to make a name for yourself on BP..   Terrible start
