Help Flippers & Renters in the Grandview area

My partner and I have a potential deal in the Grandview area, but it's our first deal and there is a lot going on in it. Could any of you share some of your experiences buying in that area? We are also looking for potential buyers so we would like to find some investors willing to walk the property and let us know what's they think it's worth. We really appreciate the help.
