Houston / Pasadena area - looking for market info

Hello,

Anyone familiar with the Pasadena / Houston area? I'm looking for some info on the area within the following boundaries:

North: Pasadena Freeway (225)
West: Scarborough Lane
South: W Harris Ave
East: S Shaver St

How would you categorise the area? I.e. is it a "war zone", or B area? What type of tenants are in the area? What are the occupancy levels etc.?

I'm looking into a larger potential transaction in that area, hence the questions.
