Ready to get my feet wet, first steps?
I've thought about buy and hold for a lot longer than I'd like to admit, but it seems i never feel ready. So......
I am looking to buy 3 bed single family home with very little repair needed. My work schedule changes often so property manager would be needed. I am close to flint, but have heard burton is a vey good blue collar family area to start.
So about starting..... step 1? I know i will need financing, but my thought is talking with local property managers may give me a start on home leads and maybe financing leads. I hope to be able to find/offer the first rental in the next 30 days.
Thanks for any tips, or recommendations for the genesee county area.
