For all of the above I recommend Andy Sullivan, Sullivan Law,  Bedford NH.  He is pricey and sometimes very busy, but you get what you pay for.

sorry I never saw your previous question as it didn't apparently tag me.  For transactional I recommend Meghan Aalerud, Aalerud and Vose in Wakefield MA, she works in NH through Phenix Title.

Daniel, to recommend someone I would need to know what in real estate you want to do or want the attorney for.

• Transactional (closing) attorney?
• Asset protection and LLC formation
• Landlord leases and/or evictions
• Private lending representation
• Contract drafts for techniques such as wholesale, lease/option etc

There are so many facets of REI - and no one attorney covers them all.
