Foundation work on House built in 1912 in south central LA

Im looking to buy a California bungalow craftsman built in 1912 in south central LA. The foundation is in mostly original condition and has some leaning. The house also has additional unpermitted additions which I want to keep and renovate all the space as well. I want to get estimates on the foundation work to make it safe and livable and I'm not trying to flip the house. I prefer to not get the city involved and not go overboard. Overall the structure is in decent shape for the age of the home. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
