real estate agent or real estate broker
HI everyone in the bigger pockets community. I am a newbie trying to get started in the real estate business. I want to take this on as a career so I'm trying to figure out what would give me a bigger advantage, to be a real estate agent or to be a real estate broker. I have spent the last year getting all my ducks lined up in a row by paying down all my debt and maximizing my credit score. I have a decent paying job making around sixty thousand a year but it's a very stressful and unfufilling job. my plan is to buy a duplex and house hack so I can afford to pursue a different career but not sure whether to be a real estate agent or broker. for now I'm just concentrating on saving some Capital for when the real estate corrects it's self I will be ready to buy
