Hello all,

I am "newly" inspired-to-be wholesaler. I have done some research through online searches and educational documentaries into the wholesale investing. I will like to get some advice from seasoned wholesale veterans on the status of the current market. This is a two part question. Is it a good business venture? how do to determine the ARV of a property using online sources?
