Looking for a RMLO In Ohio. Know any?
Hey guys and gals. Steve here. New on Bigger Pockets forums. Been a general member for a while.
I am looking for a RMLO to do my SF home deals in Ohio and haven't been able to find one. Any ideas?
Thanks.
@Steve Driscoll welcome. It may benefit you to introduce yourself in new member introductions (if you have not already). Folks will give you more of a response...so, wouldn't a licensed mortgage broker be a RMLO? Do you not want to link up with a conventional or portfolio lender?

Hi Brandon...
Sorry for not getting right back to you. Been traveling in Norway with family. Very cool place.
Thank you for your input. I do plan to be an active poster on Bigger Pockets and enjoy the inter actions.
Regarding the financing - I plan to do my own financing for my buyers - "seller financing" and therefore will need a RMLO to make the financing package compatible under the Dodd-Frank bill.
At this time, I really am not in need of a portfolio or conventional lender.
Thanks again for thee input!

Try Terry Lewis
He is a RMLO on BP and he knows people who are RMLOs
An RMLO is a special federal designation as opposed to regular mortgage originator
Thanks... I will give him a call....
Appreciate the contact.
I'll let you know how I do.
@Steve Driscoll Norway looks awesome. Glad you had a good time. Look up the podcast with Grant Kemp. He is an RMLO doing wraps. Complicated but crazy beneficial.
