Seeking a Bay Area Insurance Agent

I have a couple of rental properties in Berkeley and Oakland that I need to insure.  Can anyone recommend a knowledgeable agent who is familiar with the East Bay?   I'm looking for some who responds quickly and offers excellent customer service.
