Who do you use for finding information, for judgements, direct mail, or skip tracing?

How do you skip trace absentee owners for direct mail?  I was thinking of a search that you could pay monthly or very cheaply per lead. I already use propertyradar.com, but a lot of the addresses are incorrect.

More specifically, how do you track down heirs for a probate or inheritance?

Also how do you do a more thorough skip trace or other services for a large judgement?
