That's not a question that is going to get you the answers you want because it sounds like you have done zero research. You will get the best answers, especially when trying to get into a new asset class, by doing some research, reading, and scrolling, and then laying out your top three questions. You are asking here for someone to spend the time to write you a roadmap, but that's not a great use of their time.
