Looking for San Diego Investors.

Good Morning everyone,

I'm currently stationed in San Diego and was interesting to see if there are any seminars, meet ups, or get togethers when discussing Real Estate Investing. Whether it be for beginners or individuals that have been investing or rehabbing for long periods of time.

 There are San Diego RE meet ups every week and most days of the week.  There are many posted on meetup.COM.  There are some posted on Bigger Pockets. 

SDREI, NSDREI, SDCIA are larger RE groups that have many meetups each month. 

My experience is meet ups from the RE groups or that have agendas have a better mix than social based RE meetups (have names like brew, social, greet, intro, etc in their names.  Nothing wrong with RE meet ups to socialize, but if you are looking for the more experienced investors these meet ups are not the best choice.  They social meet ups have a lot of beginners and want to be beginners.  They often are considering OOS RE investing.  I suspect most are years from their next acquisition.
