I'm a first time investor looking at 3 or 4 Family's in Troy NY.

I am trying to narrow down my search to more specific areas/neighborhoods within Troy.

If anyone is familiar with this town and has pointers or advice to help me narrow down my search, I would Greatly appreciate it!

@Jacob K. I know Troy very well and would be happy to chat. We invest heavily throughout Rensselaer County (Troy and surrounding areas). I was also part of the team that founded one of the local schools, so I can speak to the dynamics and growth in that area. We are big Troy fans!
