Vacation Home Classification

Currently my primary residence is in League City, TX and I have a property under contract (hard money) in Galveston , TX (27 miles away). I plan to rehab it and Airbnb it most of the year but also plan to stay in it whenever we visit Galveston (several times a year). Could I get this home refinanced as a vacation home? I've read that some lenders have a 50 mile distance minimum from the primary residence to be considered a vacation home. Your input is appreciated. Thank you.

@Alberto Medellin there are lenders that will approve Galveston for vacation home loans to those of us in Houston. Start calling them and explaining your scenario and I think you will find some help
