Sacramento CA, Investors!
I'm looking to do my first Deal and would love to do it with someone who has experience. 🔧 🏠 If anyone would be willing to give me tips along the way, it would be much appreciated. Thanks 😊

Hey @Edward Corinealdi this is a great start I’d suggest getting into some local real estate meet ups and network with some people and think about where you as an inexperienced investor can add value to a deal, is it funds? Free time to be on site and help? Got a deal? All very important questions to ask yourself
