Oklahoma Market - Good BRRR Market?

Hello,

I currently live in DFW TX looking for my second property to invest in. Dallas prices are on the rise but OK just a 3 hour drive away appears to have some great lower cost options for BRRR. Thinking it might be safer to stay closer to home for a potential rehab but might be too good to pass up. I haven't seen any recent posts in the forums about OK. Wondering if anyone is currently finding success in that market.
