Guessing Rehab Cost on projects
Hello World,
As a new investor I am noticing the difficulties of guessitmating rehab cost, which in return can impact what offers I put out on homes. Long story short, can anyone give me some quick tips, tricks all that and more on how to get a decent guessimation on rehab cost on a project.
I hope this makes sense.
Thanks,
Jon Lane

@Jonathan Lane especially in the beginning relying on someone else to show you how to calculate costs is really important. You can either have a contractor come with you or a fellow investor that has experience in this area. Either one would work. I would even suggest to start with smaller rehab jobs in the beginning of your career too. That way, if there are any errors in the estimation they will be smaller. Hope that makes sense.
