Make a Backyard Water Feature Renter-Ready?

I just closed on a house with a very large, interesting backyard. It has a gazebo with a pond and water wheel. I'm not exactly sure what to do with the pond and wheel - do I get rid of it and just make it a little more lawn? Or do I throw a water circulator on it and make it a nice feature of the home?
