Hi Everyone!

I'm closing on my first BRRRR in SC and wanted to see if there was any Good Property managers or Contractors on here or if anyone has some they would recommend.

@Mathew Daugherty I have 2 suggestions here:

  1. Post in the Bigger Pockets STATE forum that you are looking in. There are usually some good, local investors that monitor those forums. Maybe they already have a suggestion or recommendation for you? Certainly try there.
  2. Facebook - it might sound strange but facebook does have a lot of real estate groups on it.  Try to search for South Carolina groups and see what comes up.
