Step 4 of the BRRRR method
Hello BP community,
I honestly had a question because I'm right in-between the Refinance/Repeat part of my first BRRRR! I got a duplex on an owner-occupied loan & have been essentially house-hacking as I stayed in 1 unit & rented the other. With some renovations & appreciation, I decided to do a cash-out refinance a month after I hit my 1-year mark & want to get started on my next BRRRR! I was wondering if anyone knows if that 1-year requirement actually restarts & I need to wait again, or if I can go ahead move forward? I live in California btw.
P.S. I feel like I'm probably okay to move forward, but I've been a little unsure and don't want to misstep so soon.
