Considering RE Investing with BRRRR but came across this

John Vasconcelos
Posted

Hi all, I was getting excited and learning about RE investing , but came across this article which scared me a bit as far as liability and actually building wealth with investing. Any thoughts on this?

Thank you!

John

@John Vasconcelos

hello. BRRRR and REITs are both completely legitimate investing strategies. they're also completely different, and at opposite ends of the active / passive spectrum. BRRRR is just about as hands-on as it gets and REITs are hands-off. BRRRR is extremely difficult but you have lots of control. REITs are easy to get into and highly liquid - log in to your brokerage account and buy a share - but you have zero control whatsoever.

so...  do you have any more specific questions?  i'm not here to talk you into anything.  i don't know anything about you.
