Any BRRRR investors in the greater Seattle Area?

Hey everyone! 

I'm interested in meeting other investors in/near Seattle WA who have experience with the BRRRR strategy!

I'm relatively new to the community, and new to real estate investing. But I'm SO EAGER! I've read a couple of books and today I worked on putting down on paper my short/mid/long term goals. I know what I want my next deal to be, but before I find the one, there's lots to do. I need to build my team and I want to grow my network, so that when I'm actually in it, I can bounce ideas and have more experience people help me through it!

I live in Enumclaw, Washington about an hour south of Seattle, but I work in Downtown Seattle 2 days per week and I'm in Seattle a lot. I'd love to meet other locals in this space. If that's you, let me know! I'd love to meet you! Buy you lunch or coffee! :)
