First position note on property
Hello BP family. I have multiple investors for a BRRRR deal. How do I make them take first note position on the deal till it's refinanced? Your advice is appreciated.

Close with a attorney who can draft a promissory note with all lien holders. You can only take first position if the property is paid off cash.
