A rookie friendly mortgage lender in Florida for BRRRR strategy

Wander Gomera
Posted

Good afternoon, I'm very new to this industry, and I'm currently looking to see if I can speak with a mortgage lender in regard to my options. I will be going into my first rental property with a partner and I have general questions in the lead-up to this step. I'm looking in the south Florida market so if anyone has any tips on where I can reach out to and speak with a mortgage lender that understands what I am currently trying to do, I would greatly appreciate it.
