Hey Everyone,

I wanted to get a 2nd opinion (or 3rd, 4th, 5th) on a property I came across this afternoon. Here's the link below. This would be my first rental property, it's a duplex with new kitchens + new cabinets, 6 year old roof, plentiful parking spaces, and is a great neighborhood outside of Lowell MA. Anyone with any experience please reach out and let me know what you think and what you would offer for this property.

Thank you!!!

Hi Finn,

Born, raised, and currently live in Lowell with two rentals. Not sure if you are already familiar with the Lowell neighborhoods, and if you are sorry in advance, but Belvidere is considered the nicest section of Lowell. Listing this property as being in Belvidere is generous at best. More of just a FYI rather than making any statements on it.

I am sure you probably already saw it but check out 252 Shaw St. as a comp.

-Matt
