Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Kansas City.

Purchase price: $68,500
Cash invested: $14,000

I recently worked with Zach from renttoretirement.com for my first investment property. I was looking for turnkey opportunities, found Zach and RentToRetirement through BP podcast and reached out. Our first introductory phone call went really well, Zach answered all my questions and addressed my concerns and I left the conversation feeling very comfortable moving forward and working with Zach for my first property.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I am new to investing and I was looking for some guidance. Also, I did not have a network or team in place to support my investments. The turnkey process offered by Zach was a solution for me and provided me with a team of experts in real estate investing.
