Looking for a quality contractor in the Scranton, Pa area

Can anyone recommend a contractor in the Scranton, Pennsylvania area? I need interior/exterior work done (flooring, painting, cabinet install, light plumbing/electrical, siding).  Contractor must be insured and accept initial payment via card (I don't pay with check upfront until I have an established relationship).  I do not live in the area and I recently purchased a 5 unit in Scranton and it has a lot of deferred maintenance.  Thank you in advance.

@Chris K., you are correct:  by Scranton's licensing and permit code, all contractors doing work on a property located in the City must be licensed and registered with the City.  Permits are also required for all but the most basic work (painting for example).

That shouldn't stop investors--it is just another item to figure into their numbers.
