Wilmington Market Experience/MLS Access

@Konstantinos Zaferatos I am an agent in Jacksonville, NC and i can send you some MLS info if you need it. We use a regional MLS in eastern NC so i have access to almost every county on the coast. I am not too familiar with Wilmington as a marketplace, but generally speaking numbers are numbers and again I can pull comps for any neighborhood as well.
