Need a new place to put my license...

I am looking for a NON-MLS broker in Fort Lauderdale to place my brokers license with. My license is currently with a referral company. I want it to be fully active as I begin investing. I would like to start with wholesaling but am uncomfortable with the different views on it's legality in Florida. With an active license and proper disclosures I think I could operate legally. I am also exploring the possibility of opening my own one person brokerage if I can not find a place to put my license. I do not need MLS access at this time, nor the expense of board dues. If anyone has any company suggestions or advice on opening your own one man brokerage as an investor please respond!

THANKS!
