Is Broward county too competitive to wholesale?

Roger Vislosky
Posted

I've been wholesaling for a few months and have done 4 deals in Oklahoma. However I feel that the market in Oklahoma isn't competitive enough to really make wholesalers in high enough demand to cause larger assignment fees. With that I've decided to start cold calling south Florida Fort Lauderdale area. Will I just be wasting time and money calling in an overly saturated market or is there always an abundance of deals? Any advice is appreciated. Thank You!
