Leon,

Non i know of. You can let a realtor submit offers for you on REO's, and short sales.

Ask Will Barnard, I'm sure he can add some insight.

There are a few nationwide programs out there but in my opinion, they fall very short of being effective or real.

I developed a system for myself as I saw the market changing and new this was coming.nsince then, I have offered it to others since it was so effective and and efficient, however, it is ONLy for Southern CA at the moment.

I would suggest you work slowly with an agent who can set up MLS alerts based on your criteria, set up a semi filled out template offer, and then you would have to submit offer amount and address info for each. Then the agent can complete the offer and send to you for signature. While this is partially automated, it is not nearly as automated as a system like mine, however, your only real choice to make large quantity of real offers on real state contracts accepted by agents in your state.

You would be amazed at what a good Office Suite is capable of. I've used LibreOffice and Microsoft, having very recently migrated back to Microsoft. @Will Barnard is right, there are 3 or 4 out there that I am aware of with varying levels of effectiveness. However, none quite fit exactly what I was looking for. So I also ended up going DIY, which by the way, takes a LOT longer than it looks like on paper to put into action. However, once the man-hours are put in, it is well worth the pain and anguish - ESPECIALLY if you have MLS access. It would take much more space than a post reply to detail what I did to put it together.

I truly believe you can only really put one of these things together yourself.

However, in the spirit of BP sharing I will give you a few pieces to cling to on your journey:
