Ipads

I have read and heard on "BP Podcast 032:Luxury House Flipping, Finding Deals, and Discovering Your Niche with Will Barnard" about how having an Ipad can revolutionize your work life. There are a couple of different types, starting from GB size and how to connect with the internet.

I am looking for recommendations on what model everyone prefers to help with my real estate business and fledgling fix and flip career.

Thanks in advance for all your help!

Joan, before this thread gets too large, please give me some time to contact APPLE so that I may get my commissions for sales!! :)

On a serious note, I personally picked the option of getting the cellular data plan so that I do NOT have to be within WIFI range to gain access. This way, I can be at jobsites and still have internet access. Other than that, it is all about storage space and what else you will use it for - all personal choices.
