CRM - which do you recommend for an investor

Hi tech experts

I have been keeping track of all contacts through Outlook, i am not a tech expert, and prefer simple easy to use programs.  I am seeking an easy to use CRM software program.   Does anybody have recommendations as to which program they have had good results with?  We have looked at Salesforce, Zoho, Really Simple etc.  Any recommendations will be appreciated.  Thanks Mike
