Peer Investing Platform - Roofstock.com

Hello BP family!

I have utilized multiple investing platforms for both debt and equity investments.  I am happy with PeerStreet on the debt side, and RealtyMogul on the equity side.

I have recently been exploring roofstock.com. They offer an online marketplace for SFH throughout the country. The product appears to be mostly turnkey.

Does anyone have any experience with this platform to share, or have any feedback on past use?
