How to find Property Tax Info and Property Owner details?

I'm trying to figure out how if I have an address and want to back research to find out details of property taxes, when property was last sold, equity in the property as well as the property owner and hopefully contact info of the property owner.....has anyone found any good database systems that can provide all this information either free or paid for?  Thank you, Shannon
