What is everyone using to track and manage leads?

Google doc, Excel, Numbers?

What are some good websites that help manage leads?

Hi @Phillip Lirette -- I've been a HubSpot customer for many years now, but have only partially used their CRM. It was just launched a couple years ago.  Do you have specific questions about the CRM that I can answer for you?

Overall, they're a great company and have solid products.  The HubSpot CRM has a Facebook look and feel to it. It's great because it automatically logs emails and calls for you, so it really limits data entry which is nice.

It does have its limitations, however, which is why I can't use it for my business. Another free CRM I've used is called Insightly. It's user friendly and may be a better option than HubSpot's for you. It will depend on what type of data you're putting into it though.
