Property Management software (PM managed) not self managed
I do not self manage my properties (all out of state for now and different cities). 2 of my PM uses propertyware and 1 uses appfolio (recent acquisitions). Going through the reports on both platforms, I realized I like one better than the other even though I am not actively managing the properties.
- I like the Propertyware for the amount of info it presents and also the ability to message PM.
- Appfolio looks like barebones (atleast the access I have now).
If your PMs use different software, which one do you like?
