Podio automation

Like everyone who is using Podio, I have different apps for the different stages of each transaction.

Every time I move from one app to the next, I have to re-enter a lot of the data from my 1st app, leads.

I want to automatically populate all of my apps with selected data from app 1.

Every time I make changes to the status field in any of my apps I need to go back and update the status fields in app 1 and the others. This is a pain.

I know this can be done automatically, because I see other users doing it. I just can't find a tutorial that can show me how to.

Does anyone know how this automation is done?

Thanks to anyone who can help,

MJ
